Since 2019 the first electric vehicles have been benefitting from our Propylat components, which are now also used at the front of the vehicle in the second luggage compartment. The combination of Propylat^NVH and Propylat^ISOFELT can be tailored exactly to the demands of this new type of drive. With advantages in the fields of weight, acoustics, and carbon footprint, our sustainable recycling products are today installed in two luggage compartment rooms per vehicle.

High-grade or particularly hard-wearing textile decors made from ibolours or flat needle felt complement the outstanding visual and tactile impression.

Propylat

Besides the classic luggage compartment rooms in the rear, floor carpets and absorptions in the passenger compartment, textile wheel arch liners and undershields in the exterior, the Propylat concept is now also setting new standards in the “former” engine bay in the matter of sustainability:

On the basis of recycled raw materials the products are manufactured without waste and can be recycled again at the end of the vehicle’s service life. In combination with renewable resources like cotton, raffia or jute fibres we obtain various material properties and additional advantages in the CO₂ balance.
