Autoneum, the global market and technology leader in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles, based in Winterthur, Switzerland, is acquiring the assets of the Borgers companies in Germany as well as the shares in the subsidiaries in France, Poland, Sweden, Spain, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom as well as the United States.
