Since July 2021, Dr Matthias Häberle has been a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Borgers SE & Co. KGaA.

Dr. Matthias Häberle is a business graduate and achieved his doctorate at Göttingen University. He has more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience in international medium-sized companies in the sectors of automobile supply, plant construction, construction wholesale and mobility services. Most recently Matthias Häberle worked as CFO for the plant manufacturer ALD Vacuum Technologies in Hanau and then for the automotive supplier Veritas AG in Gelnhausen (Hesse).
