Vocational training

BORGERS offers perspectives! Our key factor to success has for a long time been the vocational training and the dual curriculum in many different commercial and technical professions. 

 

Our objective is to offer the apprentices a viable as well as future-proof job within the Borgers Group after the completion of their training.

 

Many of our present employees and executives started at BORGERS as trainees, thus laying the foundation for their professional career.

The success of a company rests upon its employees. Therefore we are supporting our colleagues in their desire for target-oriented apprenticeship and in-service training.

 

Performance reviews

BORGERS is employee-oriented! The permanent personal contact between executives and members of staff, characterized by openness and trust, makes it possible to recognize the opportunities for development and promotion . 

 

Furthermore, concrete support measures are defined and recorded in annual performance reviews. Through those talks we want to work continuously at the improvement of our performance and strengthen mutual trust via clear communication and implementation of individual agreements. 

Internal training and language courses

BORGERS is a specialist! Therefore we identify the individual training requirements for each employee and rely on multiplier concepts for the internal transfer of knowledge - in logically processed learning units, specifically taylored to our business needs, from specialist to specialist and directly on-site. The internal "coaches", as opposed to external ones, are also available to the employees as contacts day in day out whilst implementing what they have learnt. 

 

BORGERS operates on an international scale! That is reason enough for us to offer our employees the opportunity to get their language skills up and thus significantly promote communication within our company group and with business associates.

 

These offers complement the practical further training and the exchange of experiences at work and support the indivual development processes.

Globalization as a chance: Due to our globally distributed locations in Europe, China and the USA we are a flexible and reliable partner for the automotive industry: We are there where the customer needs us.

 

Therefore we offer our employees the opportunity to work in international teams or work at one of our international locations for a certain period of time.

Childcare – BORGERS Kids

...is a company-supported daycare for children, with which we make a valuable contribution to the topic of "reconciliation of work and family life" as well as encourage the enthusiasm of the children for scientific and technical phenomena.

 

One example are the explorer holidays: For one week in their summer holidays the children are experiencing many exciting activities under a specified motto, for example the "building and construction of vehicles". 

 

 

 

Holiday trips

The Borgers Group has accommodation in certain holiday resorts in Germany, which are made available to the employees with their families.

 

We thus contribute to the costs of the family holiday.

 

Furthermore, it is possible to spend the most beautiful time of the year with colleagues. The fun of having a holiday together strengthens the team spirit and has a posivive effect on the collaboration in their day-to-day work.
