Throughout the year, we offer our employees a wide range of internal and external opportunities to play an active role in maintaining their health.
BORGERS KIDS is a company-supported childcare service by which Borgers makes an important contribution to the topic of "reconciling work and family life" as well as to the promotion of children's enthusiasm for scientific and technical phenomena. One week during the summer holidays is subject to a certain motto and the children experience a lot of exciting things (e.g. "Building and constructing vehicles").
The Borgers group has accommodation facilities in certain holiday resorts in Germany which it provides to its employees and their families. The company thus pays part of the cost of the family holiday. Furthermore it is possible to spend the best time of the year with the colleagues. Spending funny holidays together strengthens the team spirit, the feeling of being at home and has thus a positive effect on the daily work.
